advise on regulations, developments, acquisitions, and disposals within the
industry. We bring to bear our considerable experience in the area of
privatisation as well as restructuring of gas and utility projects. With
our in-depth knowledge of the legislative requirements of the industry, we
have negotiated and reviewed several gas supply contracts and assisted in
the setting up of oil companies in Nigeria. We advise on the necessary
procedures to be followed by investors who may wish to set up refineries
and offer comprehensive consultancy services in the upstream sector of the
industry. We recently negotiated a review of gas prices for one of the
largest consumers in Nigeria. We ensure that our clients comply with all
relevant laws regarding transportation of petroleum products and
compensation for oil spillages. For the electricity sector, we negotiate
various contracts such as power purchase, concession and implementation
contracts amongst others.
