Bisola is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial law Department of the firm. She has experience in corporate governance issues, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance. She has worked with commercial law firms involved in big ticket commercial transactions. Her team spirit, attention to details, ability to manage tasks effectively and to solve problems timeously have distinguished her practice with the firm. In her leisure time she volunteers with ‘’The Climb Charity’’ helping educate less privileged Nigerian Students. She is also a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.
