We ensure that our clients comply with the applicable Codes of Corporate Governance and establish internal corporate governance measures as may be required by Nigerian Laws.

One of our major transactions in this sphere was advising a Consortium that purchased a commercial bank in Nigeria on post-acquisition matters on corporate governance, the role of an independent director, role of the chairman and issue of non-interference with the management of the Bank, process of granting loans, employment and recruitment in the Bank to ensure that the institution is professionally managed with strong ethical values.
